      THIS IS A NICE, CLEAN PROPERTY WITH A REAL NICE MANAGER. THEY HAVE A MANAGER ON DUTY ALL THE TIME AND EMERGENCY PULL CORDS TO GET HELP ALL THE TIME. LOTS OF TREES AND GRASS. OLDER BUILDING BUT WELL KEPT UP. NICE TENANTS TO TALK TO.
