A Word About Our Owners Tammy White, CMP, is a Certified Meeting Professional ( CMP ) and has been a meeting planner for 19 years. Before starting iPlanIt, Tammy worked as the Director of Meetings for large, international professional and trade associations with the largest annual meeting attendance exceeding 18, 000. Past associations include American Academy of Family Physicians and the Geological Society of America. Stacey Pina, CMP, is also a Certified Meeting Professional ( CMP ) and brings over 18 years of Convention Sales experience in the hotel industry. With a specialty in both corporate and association meetings, Stacey understands the needs of both the hotel and the meetings customer which leads to successful negotiations and a proactive approach to meeting logistics. iPlanIt is about Service and Experience iPlanIt was established in 2005. iPlanIt manages over 20 meetings annually, ranging from 20 to 8, 000 attendees. We offer a variety of services based on the individual needs of our clients. We structure our services with your budget in mind. Our philosophy, when it comes to pricing and contracting our services, is to keep it simple. We try to keep our pricing inclusive to ensure our clients are comfortable with all costs up-front. We steer clear of the nickel and diming effect. One of our greatest strengths lies within our industry partners and colleagues.
