Be prepared for a long wait in another disgusting state government office. It is very chaotic and disorganized, nothing is efficient. These state employees work at a snails pace. Pathetic at best. I waited for almost two hrs on tuesday 1/8/12. 10:00-12:00. This seems to be normal operations for lazy, can't be fired state workers.
