We booked this hotel for 2 nights to visit Manhattan... Although it is out of the island, it is a very short trip by metro to get to it. Very affordable, the room was small but very nice and clean, breakfast was diversified, and the staff friendly... They don't have much parking spaces but we were lucky to get one and it is free. They also let us in early when we arrived at 10am even if check in starts at 15, no charge! We had a pleasant stay... Would definitly recommend :)

My husband and i stayed in the Days Inn for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time,no complaints what so ever.On our arrival check in went smoothly and the staff very polite. We were on the 5th floor at the back of the hotel which was very quiet. Our room was a decent size which surprised me as the trip reports all mostly complain of tiny rooms. The housekeepers kept our room tidy and clean and were friendly and polite at all times.Just by the check in desk there are free delicious cookies.Breakfast was very basic but we knew what to expect and we ate it in our room due to the fact the dining area is small. There is a 7/11 right next door and a diner next door to that.A five minute walk away there are numerous Irish bars and restaurants plus lots of little shops.a further 10 minute walk and your right in the middle of an amazing town with lots more shops and places to eat.Straight across the road from the Hotel there are 2 more diners which are mostly used by the students.

Overall great experience with this hotel from start to finish, have been to many hotels in and around NYC . This trip we had 8 family members with us to enjoy the weekend so we rented 2 rooms both rooms were clean and well maintained as well was the any hall way elevator lobby area.Every staff member that we came in contact with was friendly and more than willing to go out of there way to do anything we needed to make our stay great. A great experience was when we were all leaving I had forgot my baby's diaper bag outside on the ground next to my car I did not realize this until I got into the city when I called in they had the bag at the front counter already. also my wife was not feeling good the morning of the check out so when I spoke to the front desk about check out time they said 12pm I explained that my wife was not feeling well they extended our stay until 2pm for no charge. I would just like to say for the price and convenience you cant beat it.

I didn't ask much from the staff but they seemed approachable if i had any questions. Everything worked great in our room and hotel so maintenance was not an issue. The room we had was a smoking room so when i walk it it smelled like cigarettes but that is to be expected. The room was small but it is comfy nonetheless. The walk from the Queens Plaza station wasn't too bad it really close to the E and you can head right into the city afterward.

Met all our needs, fairly easy into the city. We were lucky to get a parking space, hotel parking is very limited. Continental breakfast was good, decent selection. Although train was nearby, where we were located within the hotel the noise did not disturb us. Room was clean.

Check in was a real breeze I booked using priceline I don't think it took me 5 minutes to check in. Hotel is located 2 blocks from the #7 train which will take you to time square and rockafeller center. Taxi rides to most attractions were under 50 bucks round trip. Room was kind of cramped but I am a big person and the size of the bed and the flat screen tv made up for that small inconvenience. The room and the rest of the hotel was clean and modern. My room was #609 and I was not bothered at all by the noisy near by train. Tho walking distance to restaurants is rather limited there are plenty in the area that will deliver which I took advantage of on a daily basis. The hotel is also located right next door to a 7/11 where you can get soft drinks or a quick snack or coffee if you miss the continental breakfast.. As for the bed I chose a room with a king size and wow was it comfortable that is one thing I am going to miss when I go back home tomorrow.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights while we explored Manhattan. We flew into Laguardia, and it was a quick $19 cab ride to the hotel. Once there, they let us check in early at 10:30am so we could go into the city. The 7 metro station was in site from the hotel door, but we chose to walk about 0.2 miles over a bridge to get to the E, M, R trains that brought us to all the popular downtown tourist sites. We felt safe walking to and from the metro stations.
