CookSingleNYC Classes... Teach cooking techniques with recipes and meals that makes cooking easy and doable. Unique simple recipes that combine the entire meal preparation into a single set of steps - no need to read more than one recipe for the meal. All students are hands-on as a small group making the same meal together in a fun, friendly place for beginners new to cooking. Guidance on useful cookware, things to have in the kitchen all the time and standard cooking times that helps make after work cooking a pleasurable reality.
