- Valentino Red Wine$29.00Enjoy a glass or two of this excellent tasting red wine. Its similar to a fine quality Malbec ; and smooth as, but with more flavor than a Merlot. This wine pairs well with many different dishes. It also pairs well with Salmon grilled with a black pepper steak seasoning.

It pairs well with a red sauce pasta dish, eggplant parmesan, chicken marsala, a steak or little fillet, rack or leg of lamb. This wine has a beautiful bouquet of black cherry and rasberry notes, with a lot of flavor and a smooth finish. Its also nice to just relax and have a glass or two of this wine by itself.
- Dechaunac 09'$49.00.This Burgundy style red wine is similar to a fuller bodied, fine quality french Pinot Noir. It pairs well with red sauce dishes, grilled lamb, or turkey with homemade stuffing and cranberry sauce. The wine has a beautiful bouquet of raspberry and elderberry notes; with a lot of flavor, mid-range tannins and smooth finish.

Its excellent with grilled chicken, lasagna, chicken marsala, a steak or little fillet, lightly seasoned. This Cab Franc Reserve also pairs perfectly with grilled salmon; start with a hot grill, steak seasoning on both sides of fish, grill 3-4 minutes per side, excellent with this wine. Also you can enjoy a glass by itself because of its wonderful flavor and smooth finish.
