  Ms. Hot is responsible for handling guardianship and conservatorship matters throughout the State of New Jersey, and called upon by the Surrogate Courts in Monmouth and Ocean Counties to act as Court Appointed Counsel to alleged incapacitated individuals as well. She has also served as court examiner and legal guardian in New York Guardianship matters, having been appointed in New York County and Richmond County. She is responsible for the preparation and filing of both formal and informal accountings for guardianships, conservatorships, estates, and trusts. Further, she engages in estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation, as well as real estate transactions.

  Frank J. Crupi formerly practiced law in Livingston, New Jersey for over 28 years and joined the firm as a Partner. Mr. Crupi specializes in the field of Taxation. He represents clients before the Internal Revenue Service and New Jersey Division of Taxation, as well as Federal and State Courts in matters including Audits, Agency Appeals, Criminal and Collection Matters, Estate Planning, and Estate Litigation. He is also a member of the New Jersey Inheritance and Estate Tax Committee.

  He served as a Trustee of the Brookdale Community College of Monmouth County and served as its Chairman of the Educational Services Committee and as a Member of its Buildings and Grounds Committee. Mr. Tucci is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Central New Jersey and lectures on wills and estates throughout Monmouth County.
