Graduated from New York College of Chiropractic, 1982. Dr. Jo Eisman was interested in health and natural healing virtually all of her life. She assumed a vegetarian diet as a young person and worked as a cook in vegetarian restaurants. Dr.Eisman studied medicinal herbs, polarity therapy and various healing and cleansing techniques.while attending college for her pre chiropractic studies. Chiropractic was the umbrella under which all of her interests could thrive. in the 30 years that Dr. Eisman has owned and worked at East Park Chiropractic, she raised 2 children and became very active ,civically, in Long Beach. Dr. Eisman has given her time and energy to areas such as the Long Beach Council on the Arts, the Long Beach school system and other organizations offering her volunteer services whenever possible. Dr. Eisman continues to pursue education in fields such as sacro-occipital technique, nutrition, organic gardening, vegan cooking and meditation and serves on the Long Beach Environmental Advisory Board.
