This office is horrible! I went for a tooth ache and they treated me like crap when they found out I had more experience in the dental field than the dentist that thought she was going to work on me. The dentist and staff with the exception of one young lady that worked at the front desk are rude and only want to make up treatment to take your money! I have worked in dentistry for 11 years and they need to rehire full staff or shut down! Any other place I can do reviews I am going to do them because they have horrible patient care! This office also billed my insurance for a full mouth of xrays which most insurances only pay for once per year and they never took a full mouth of xrays on me, also known as an FMX so they lied to get paid! Once it is documented an office takes an FMX most of the time you can not get another for that year! Then the doctor and the office manager started to gang up on me in a way that I felt like I might have to physically defend myself..smh no one should go through this to get help from a dentist. Please choose a different office. Western Dental is well known for hiring new graduate dentist with no experience. I only went through the doors of this office because I broke my back molar and I was in pain and a new Long Beach resident. It was not my fault that the dentist felt intimidated by my experience and that I know what I am talking about. This review is making me put at least 1 star for this office but they deserve no stars!

Whatever you do, find someone else!!! They don't listen to what you have to say about you teeth or your bite. They smile and say everything is fine when in fact you know it isn't! They are all smile and happy but don't listen to their patients or their needs. I went in to have work done on my dentures and walked out with the dentures without any filling. Said they were going to do a hard reline, but didn't ask if I could take off work for this, just performed this without my consent. I have had to do this work myself just so I could go to work and have my teeth stay in my mouth. They consult you about noting just do what they want. It has been a month and I am still unable to chew anything. Tired of eating soup and oatmeal.
