DKI Restotech is staffed with certified experts specializing in repairing water damage. Unlike most companies, we use modern thermal imaging to scan the entire area (including the unharmed area) to locate the amount of the moisture involved in the damage. Next, thermal hygrometers will judge the atmosphere of that specific area to know if the air is appropriate for drying purposes and then the refurnishing procedure starts. Other equipment include air mover fans which facilitate the process of evaporation from the floor surfaces. Wall cavity systems that are also used to clean and dry the wall surfaces accurately. The wood floor drying system is also used to remove the dampness from the floor and restore it to its pre-damage conditions.
