Customer Service was outstanding. They called and asked if we wanted an earlier pick up (which we did). We telephoned when our ship arrived in San Pedro and they arrived very shortly thereafter.



The driver was friendly and warm. She was very knowledgable about the LA area. We would recommend this service to anyone needing shuttle service from LAX. Van was very clean and comfortable.

Great service. I used a ton of airporters while in the military and this was by far the best. We went to disneyland and it was awesome that we didn't have to worry about bringing car seats. The driver was very nice and engaged us in conversation, but wasn't overbearing. Will use every time I go back!!!

Recently used Payless for an early morning trip from home to LAX. They arrived on time, with a clean, well-maintained van (unlike the death-traps I've experienced with other outfits). The driver was courteous and professional. We decided to use them again when we came back on an early morning red-eye flight. We gave the info to the driver when she dropped us off, and sure enough, they were ready for us when we got back 2 weeks later.



I checked around, and their prices are the best. Sure beats using the airport shuttles (and making four stops on the way to the airport and back). Definitely will use them again.

Great shuttle service. They drove us from Disneyland to Magic Mountain. They were on time, and got us there quite early, and for considerably cheaper than the other shuttle services in the area. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a shuttle in California.

Payless Airport Shuttle had great rates when I booked a reservation with them for round trip. We had an early flight so we were a bit nervous, 4:30am to be exact. Last time we booked with Super Shuttle they never showed up so we had to take a taxi. This time around, Payless Airport Shuttle did not disappoint us. We were picked up earlier than scheduled. The driver arrived at 4:15am. We got our luggages in the van and off we went to Los Angeles International Airport LAX. The van was new and clean and the driver was very friendly and professional. We got there really fast since there was no traffic. Since we knew that this shuttle company was reliable we were at ease that they would pick us up on our way back. When we can back from our tripwe got our luggage and the driver was already waiting for us. We went to the curb and Payless Airport shuttle arrived on time, and took us back home. This is a great transportation company if you are looking for reliable on time transportation for shuttle to the airport (especially early in the morning), reasonable rates, clean new van, friendly driver, and great customer service. I would definitely us them again and recommend them to all my friends and family.
