I took my car there and purchased the deluxe detail. Unfortunately, they used some chemical on my leather interior and my seats started to dry out. In fact they were stiff when I picked it up that afternoon and they already had small tears between the perforations. I brought it to there attention and they just said "it was already like that". They completely denied doing anything wrong.I asked for the owner and they said "he lives far away". I asked for the manager, and they said "he is not here, but we will have him call you." The next day I did not receive a call so I went back. Of course, the manager had "just left". I gave the cashier my card and told him to call me. To this day, no one called. Within days, I could put my finger right through the leather no problem. I am now in the process of getting my seats redone and the upholstery shops confirmed that this happens. The cost to replace my seats that are shredding at this point - about $600. Never again will I go there.

This was without a doubt the best auto detailing we have ever had. We had scratches that no other detailer had ever been able to get out. Our car looked brand new. I left my other car there. This car is even more of a disaster. If this one comes out half as good as our convertable, I will be amazed. Stay tuned
