nice place when they are open - just wasted 20 minutes again driving there to find a closed sign on the door - the xoxo on the sign adds insult to injury - if they loved us customers they would be there - the hours on the door should read "by chance only"

I am really glad you guys are hear! My salon in Lakewood ( Hollywood Tans) closed, left me stuck and took my money! It's nice to know that you have been in business over 10 years. I really like your salon, the girls are very nice and helpful. The salon is very clean and you guys have killer "CLUB" choices! To all the people looking for a salon, "Do your Home work" see how long they've been around don't sign your life away! I learned my lesson you really need to trust the salon.Thank you for all your help!Mindy
I am a tanner and I have been to all of the salons in the Long Beach area. I've been tanning for years and Glow Tanning Company is by far the cleanest salon I have seen. The prices are equal to the results that the beds give you. Some people are upset about not getting color the very first time they get into a tanning bed but I understand that it is a process. The process took ALOT less time at this salon and the staff helped me understand the importance of lotions and the different levels of tanning. They always have great specials going on too.. and the best part is I dont need an appointment so I can go in when I have the chance. The girls are always really sweet to me so maybe there was a different staff whenever that review was left about them being rude. Thanks Glow for helping me not waste my money :)
This is by far the nicest salon I have ever been to...the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! And the equipment ROCKS!!! A+ Club Exotic Tans!
