We walked into this office in hopes of getting what we paid for. And maybe we did. The fees will seem low but BEWARE!! You will soon realize that this person isn't going to do her job. She is not only rude, she is insulting. Once she cashes your check (and believe this is the only quick thing she will do) then she will come up with excuse after excuse why she hasn't "gotten to that" yet. I can not emphasize what a nightmare it has been. Please don't be fooled. There are plenty of good, honest, professional and affordable paralegals out there. Stay away from this place.

I wish there was something positive I could state about this business and the people who work here. If you are looking for honesty, courtesy, and someone who will have your interest in mind then you need to go somewhere else. I can overlook the incredible mess in this office and the constant interruptions during an appointment. But the fact is that she will take your money and you will soon discover that she isn't getting anything done to help your case. YOU will have to almost all the work. YOU will have to make all the calls. YOU will become frustrated. Save yourself the pain and humiliation she will put you through. GO somewhere else. YOU will thank yourself. Believe me. I wish I had.
Consumer beware, first thing you will notice is the stacks and stacks of files, they are a busy office, because they are less costly than other services. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. if your looking for a customer service based company then this co. is not for you .... in my experience I was the one calling to make sure the paperwork was filed, and making sure it was filed correctly. the only way progress was made was by me constantly calling this office to keep the process going. "out of sight out of mind" should be the name of this office.
