Because Epson technical support team has been derelict in returning my printer after many contacts, I must say they speak for the company and therefore, my rating is low. I returned the printer, using their return policy on July 1, 2009. Fedex tracked it and it was received by them on July 6, 2009. I spoke with a representative on July 24, 2009 and was told I would be receiving an e-mail regarding return of a printer. Today is July 27, 2009 and no e-mail.Not only that, the Workforce 500 uses too much ink~
