Anand Chikyarappa, MD, is Board certified in internal medicine. Dr. Chikyarappa is a hospitalist -- a physician who specializes in caring for patients in hospitals. He earned his medical degree at J.J.M. Medical College in Karnataka, India. He completed his internship and residency at St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio, where he was honored for his outstanding humanism. Dr. Chikyarappa describes being a doctor as very rewarding, especially when he is able to help his patients get well.
