I am very disappointed with this business. After buying E oxygen tanks and adapters I purchased a second type of oxygen tank with largercapacity. It must have been my 5th or 6th time purchasing IN PERSON with this business of maximum 10 employees. I payed with a credit card andpresented all the paperwork, medical license, etc. every time. Today they STILL DID NOT HAVE ME IN THEIR COMPUTER. When I asked whyI have to produce all the paperwork again (was there just 5 days ago for purchase) the manager told me "Maybe we're just not the onesfor you"! You got that right: you're not the ones for me. BIG RED FLAG for all of you wanting to do recurrent business....Air Source does not keeprecords of their customers and they don't know the meaning of customer service. Something fishy is going on...even when you pay witha credit card they don't keep your records! What are they hiding?
