Do not rent from this Company. They never intend to give you the deposit back, Mu grandson and room mate are college students and never had a moments rest. They are atheletes who were frequently on the road. I was called for every little thing and rudely threatened with the fact that it was a month-to-month lease and they would be evicted. Whent I told them they would be moving they told me I had to give them 30 day notice. what happened to month-to-month. Needless to say no deposit refund. The place was a dump and they never repaired anything. Students don't put yiur parents through this. These are crooks.

Please don't rent from this company. Moving in might be easy but getting your security deposit back, not so much. They will nickle and dime you no matter how clean you think you left it. This place does not consider normal wear and tear as part of their standards when you leave the apartment. They pretty much are horrible at customer service, as references, and as a managment company.
