This office has a huge turn over. New people each time I go. The office manager Sara is extremely rude and disrespectful. Dr. Burrows does not return phone calls. Not sure if he actually gets the messages. Hard to actually see the doctor - The PA's are who you will see and they are not great.

This doctor needs a course in customer service. It's the worst practice I have ever been a patient with, a status that is now past. They took 5 days to get my Advair prescription refill sent to Walgreens; they demand an office visit to "go over" blood test results, with of course paying the office visit fee in addition to the charge to my insurance company, just to tell me that everything was normal. Their web site does not work well, yet they push patients to it for such simple things as making appointments. Every time I tried, it said I had an incorrect password, but would not let me reset it or assist me with getting it. Find another doctor is my advice.
