Pay first approach is a joke! I still am waiting for my credit they received from my insurance, it is 6 months later. $1007.00 is owed to me an I am still getting the runaround.

Not happy with the pay first, get insurance later, approach. Had to pay $900 in advance even though my health insurance said they would cover 100%. Took a long time to get my refunds processed (>30 days from time insurance paid the claim).
