We provide short-term senior rehabilitation, skilled nursing care and long-term care in a home-like environment. We also offer respite care and a secure memory-care unit. All of our senior care services take a holistic healing approach which is designed to enhance emotional and physical wellness. We offer a pre-registration program that allows patients to plan for senior rehabilitation prior to surgery, easing the transition from the hospital to rehabilitation.
