I can't believe they are one of the biggest providers of Cable in the United States. They don't care enough about their customers to even have someone in the London, KY office on the weekend or during an hour and 15 min lunch! You would think with more than one up front clerk they would have them rotate their lunch so they did not lock the doors to customers during lunch. Only tiny one owner type businesses do that!

I have been a cutomer 2 times. both times i canceled inside of a month. the first time they gave me a used modem and it was not working properly. it took a week to figure that out and by that time i had already signed up for DSL. The second time i signed up they had an assie with the wiring in my subdivision so they just put an orange cable in the ditchline all the way around my neigborhood. naturaly lightning hit it and destroyed some of my equipment. Not once but twice.

I would love to give them 0 (zero) stars however, I have to rate something. I could not be more frustrated with the guality, customer service, it has all been horrible. Fast internet though.

Zero stars but it wount submit that way!!!!We have had time warner for approximatley 2months now and I think out of that 2 months we have had sevice for maybe 20-25 days, either our phone doesnt work, internet doesn't work or either. I think it is rediculous the we have to pay a bill for a service we DO NOT recieve on a consistant basis.
