Classic did an addition for us and it was a horrible experience. The foundation for the addition had a 7" difference at either end and they were going to 'fix' it by slapping up more cement that tapered 7" to 0". Luckily the city inspector caught it. When they raised an existing cement floor to be level with another existing floor, they were going to cut the bottom off our back door, rather than make cuts in the wall to make it fit. We had to buy a $200 for $800 to get them to fix what should have been part of the job! They put a wall in the wrong place, which shorted us several square feet of space. Fortunately my husband caught it and made them move it back to where it belonged. Even the cat door is installed backward, so we have to go outdoors to put the cover on. A couple of months after the job was finished we heard a horrible screeching/marbles-falling-on-metal noise, and there after the laundry room door wouldn't shut. There is not enough room to list the rest. Beware!
