THIS COMPANY DESERVES 5 STARS!!!!!, on cars 5 star, on customer service, 4 star, waiting 5 stars, so far they preety quick as long you have all the info in your hand, like utility bills, drivers license, and insurance card, the other guy is doing the verification on my insurance while the other agent is doing my rental contract, and also they don't run your credit like Hertz, because I'm using my debit card they only require $200 deposit plus the rental, like some other rental company they want $400 deposit if your using your debit card, the only thing I like with this company are employee and their manager are very flexible, the're so nice people and they are really willing to help you, thats why they deserve a 5 star for me, thanks again, will use them again next time.

I always see this rental company everytime I go to my work, and then decide to use them one time, I didn't see any company renting a new honda civic I this is the only one, well , anywAy. I have really good experience with them, nice car, good customer service, and very flexible, they even pick me up and drop me off, I always use Enterprice before to much drama here, at Unite easy transaction, actually this is my 4th time now to rent with so far i dont have any issues wifh them.

They have good rate and nice car, they even pick me up at LAX for free, and even i dont have enough money on my credit card they allow me to use my debit for rental with no hasstle.
