After putting off recarpeting we went to Carpet Spectrum. Jan was great helping us pick the right carpet and giving us samples. Jane came out to measure and assured us we could do this with out pain. Felippe and his crew installed the carpet beautifully. We had a problem with the staircase and Felippe worked tirelessly to correct the problem and did a super job with the carpet. We could not be happier. We will recommend this store to everyone. : )

We recently had carpet and laminate flooring installed in our entire house. It was one of the best home improvement experiences we have ever had. The sales staff at the Carpet Spectrum Lomita store, Jason and Jan, were the utmost in customer service. Jason took the time (after closing the store for the evening) after hours to come to the house to measure, explain and price the installation. Jan help our design consultant and us pick out the perfect carpet and flooring. Not the most expensive, but the best quality and perfect color for our needs. The floor installers did a wonderful job of leveling and fitting the floor flawlessly. They made every effort to keep dust and dirt from interfering with our daily lives. The carpet installers worked ALL day to complete their installation in one day and did it during rain with no mud or water in the house. The carpet was installed with virtually invisible seams.. We HIGHLY recommend this establishment to anyone needing carpet or flooring!

We recently had new carpeting and tile installed in our house. The staff at Carpet Spectrum were very knowledgable about various flooring options available to us. Jan and Jason showed us many examples and explained the benefits of each product. Juan and Orlando did a great job installing our tiles and Felipe worked his magic on our carpeting. All the workers showed up on time, worked very hard and cleaned up when they left. We had a painter come to paint the new baseboards that we also had Carpet Spectrum workers install. The painter commented that, as a professional, he has seen a lot work done by installers. He said the Carpet Spectrum crew did an excellent job. We concur. I would highly recommend Carpet Spectrum in Lomita to anyone who needs new flooring.

Thank you Jan, Mike, Juan, and Sergio for an outstanding job. Jan and Mike were very knowledgeable about the products Carpet Spectrum sells and the services they offer. Juan did and excellent job installing vinyl flooring and creating a new, small entry way. Sergio was amazing. His skills and work ethics were outstanding. Sergio is to be commended for his excellence on the job. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend Carpet Spectrum and their emloyees for any flooring needs our friends or aquaintances may have. Thank you for the wonderful job!

We needed to do a whole-house carpet replacement, and we did a cost comparison between Carpet Spectrum and another firm that has ubiquitous T.V. ads featuring "great deals." We found CS's prices to be comparable. The sales staff was very knowledgeable about all the products available, and very willing to spend time with us to help us narrow down our choice. The installation crew was courteous, capable, and very neat. We highly recommend CS.
We have used Carpet Spectrum in Lomita, CA for many years. We recently had Carpet Spectrum put in hardwood floors. The entire staff ( Jason, Jan and Ginger) is very helpful, as well as, knowledgeable about all products. Jason was very helpful and willing to share a wealth of knowledge when it came to selecting our hardwood floor. The hardwood floor crew ( Francisco, Juan and Isabel) that came to our house were very friendly and hardworking. Each day before they left they made sure everything was picked up, cleaned and ready for the next day. On the day the floor was finished, a final cleaning was done. I will continue to use Carpet Spectrum for our flooring needs and have confidence that should there be any problems they will be out to fix the problem. Pam and Dave S.

Looking for whole-house carpeting, we visited the store and came away with five or six samples to take home. Jason came to measure that same afternoon and we arranged for installation four weeks later. Installers arrived on time and did good work. We're very pleased with the results and would recommend Carpet Spectrum to friends, as friends did to us. Great selection, answers to all our questions, great service, great installation.
