Here at Caique Jiu Jitsu we want to not only teach great Jiu Jitsu but also a great lifestyle. We want to develop great Jiu Jitsu students but also we want you to develop character, confidence, and increase your self-esteem. Our view on Jiu Jitsu is simple; we want to teach our students to first and foremost defend themselves against a larger, more athletic attacker, and that is the basis of Jiu Jitsu and our highest priority. The self-defense aspect of Jiu Jitsu should always come first. Jiu Jitsu was born to enable a smaller and weaker person to defeat and defend against a larger, stronger opponent in a real situation. Keeping that in mind all of our programs embody and emphasize that idea.
