I just wanted to give a big shout out to your postman delivering in the 2N. area in Lombard around 12 pm today. I came from Chicago looking to purchase a chair on Facebook marketplace and MapQuest gave me wrong directions. I flagged him down and he immediately jumped out of his van to help me find my way to where i needed to go. The Person I needed to meet called on the phone while he was giving me directions to let me know he was there waiting for me and I had to swiftly leave. So I didn’t feel like I got to properly thank him and let him know how much I appreciate him helping me today

1. website doesn't give the info I need and sends me in an unending cycle2. 800 number is useless. Can't talk to a real person. "overload" of calls, but they can't tell you how long you'll hang on, not even estimated.3. Local post office doesn't publish their phone number, imagine that.4. No private business could get away with this, only government owned and operated, totally inefficient US post office. The sooner they privatize the mail and take it away from irresponsible big government, the better.

I simply wanted to know when the lobby is open on the weekend so that I could pick up my mail from the PO Box.It is impossible to find out via the internet. The phone number on the internet give an 800 number, which gives the local number, which rings and then turns into a shrieking tone.:YOU CALL THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE????
