I am a first time home buyer and I hired Tracey Rapp to help me through the home buying process of a forclosed home. She never explained to me that I would be responsible for property taxes for 2007 and here I am now facing a tax bill of $4000+. What is the purpose of hiring a real estate attorney if you are not receiving all disclosures about the property. I would never recommend anyone to this attorney. I feel misled and all they can say is read your closing papers. They are so quick to take your upfront payment, and work with the title company to get you in and out, and something of this magnitude should have been explained. I dont appreciate the unprofessionalism, and I hope no other home buyer ever deals with an attorney that is out for the money and not keeping the homebuyers best interest in mind.....
