After waiting for a month and a half for an appointment, I arrive to find out they do not accept my insurance. The office woman was very rude, would not work with me at all for a payment plan, just sent me away... the doctor was sitting right there the entire time and not once acknowledge there was a problem. They need to be upfront when making the appointment, at the time, they accepted the insurance of BCBS and when we get there, it is another story. They need to educate their staff and not be so rude ... I was not impressed with Dr. Moore either ignoring us....
