Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable but $300 for 2 visits - on that took twenty minutes and the other mabe 45?? On the first visit the pilot was cleaned, on the second it took him about 3 minutes to find the problem and about 30 minutes to solve( removed two screws detached wire and replaced it with a small part. We live less than 1/2 a mile from their office too. While they seem to know what they are doing, I won't use them again at those prices!
