My laptop suddenly stopped booting. After hours spent troubleshooting, I took it to Computer Zone. Abhi diagnosed a virus, washed my hard drive clean, installed updated Word version, reinstalled other items, and spent generous time patiently and courteously offering ways to work smarter. ( BIG challenge!) As for business ethics, he could have sold me a new hard drive or other stuff I didnt need. Three words describe the service and my experience: professional, affordable, prompt.

Abhi saved me BIG BUCKS! My Mac was crashing so I took it to a company specializing in repairing Apple products. It cost me $75 for them to tell me that the logic board needed to be replaced. That meant I might as well get a new computer. Luckily I brought my Mac to Abhi, since he had recently repaired our PC at a very reasonable cost. Abhis diagnosis of my Mac was not only different, but much less expensive. And there was NO charge to diagnose the problem. He replaced some bad memory and needless to say, I was extremely pleased with the results, especially the huge savings.
