I had the worst experience ever..I recently bought a brand new Chevy Sonic 2014..about 1 month ago my car started acting up...I got a oil change done and when I left the dealer the check engine light comes on.....I take it back only to find out they didn't place the cap back on which caused the check engine light to come on.....then just a few weeks ago I was at work and as soon as I got into my car and turned it on my car starts to go haywire.....speedometer starts going crazy, the car would not change gears..the engine sounded like something was rattling in it and then the check engine light was on again...when I finally take it back to get it checked they run a full diagnostics on it....only to find out that it was a engine failure..really....i ended up speaking to the general manager who's name is Dennis Murphy...totally disrespectful.....he completely ignored us and said he didn't care..don't ever trust any of these people at that dealership...ever...they are all a bunch of money hungry crooks..they will sell you a car but after that your nothing to them...

wow let me start off by saying that I'm exceptionally happy for the service that I have received. I owe it all to Lynn Stevens. This man made possible what others could not. I had been shopping for a truck for a good week. I was getting nothing but rude sales men, high monthly payments plans and asked to put down an insane amount of money. In just two nights Lynn Stevens got me and my family into the truck of our dreams. Not only did he get us the truck but at a plan we could afford. He was very nice and great with the kids. A great big thank you to Lynn Stevens and the work he did to get my family and I the truck of our dreams.

We just got a used vechile from maxie price a week ago, the car wasn't cleaned, different tires on all 4 plus some worn more than others, bent rim, fluids in the car were all low, and the car was empty! I really expected more out of maxie price concidering they are a huge dealership! When I took the car up there 2 dats later because the front end was making noise I basically had to beg them to look at it! I made 2 trips there and they FINALLY looked at it and the man didn't even tell me the rim was bent even though I know he saw it! All they keep telling me was..."THIS IS A USED CAR" yeah I get that but now we are stuck fixing up a car we are paying 24,000! Yes I said a car! Shame on them! I do have a warranty but still no help.....

Although, I was in the Dealership for a matter of 6 hours. It was well worth it!!! The customer service was outstanding from the Owner to the Salesman. Everyone made you feel like family. The place is nice and clean and everyone meets you with a smile, from the On-Star Lady to Introduce the service to the Salesman that took the time and effort to present your documents until completion. Just Stupindous!!!
