The stylist who cut and colored my hair did a good job, but she recommended some products that were totally wrong for my hair type and made it look flat and dirty all the time. My hair felt and looked just awful! They reimbursed me for the products but a really awful manager with really poor people skills refused at first to allow the stylist to use a clarifying product to fix my hair without charging me extra. I finally convinced her that they should fix my hair for free because they were the ones who recommended the wrong products to me and messed up my hair, but then she would not let the stylist dry my hair with a hair dryer without charging me extra. The whole thing was extremely unpleasant, from my messed up hair to the poor customer service. At any other salon, they would just have fixed the problem without being so rude and petty. It was a really awful experience, and I will never buy products from them again. I would not recommend them to my friends or colleagues.
