The food and facilities are nice. However, my husband fell out of bed about four hours after he was admitted for rehab following back surgery. He lay on the floor hitting the door and then had to throw a chair against a wall. Nobody came until he started yellwing for help. I had asked for rails to keep him in bed but they said Utah law forbids them in hursing homes. They did not even call me about the fall. I learned about it the next morning. They did lower the mattress to just above the floor after his fall and moved the bed against the wall. But this was all done after the incident.
