General Info
Big O Tires grew out of a tire-buying cooperative, founded in 1962 to supply tires to independent tire dealers. They banded together to compete against tire manufacturers' company stores and big retail chains. The tire-buying cooperative quickly evolved into the Big O Tires store franchise organization. It has grown to more than 540 stores in 21 states and Canada. The stores are independently owned and operated by members of the communities in which they are located. Big O Tires devotes itself every day, in every store, to earning the right to use our motto... "Big O Tires - A Reputation You Can Ride On"!

Provided by YPmobileI had a very negative experience about Big O Tires. I went in to get my A/C checked on my car, because I had gotten a coupon in the mail that said they would check my A/C for free. So I went in there and they checked out my car, and the guy at the service desk(Tracy) told me the A/C system on was working fine and that there were no leaks in the system. I double asked him, are you sure there are no leaks. He said yes and also asked do you want us to charge it? I said yes, trusting Big O Tire to do a good Job. (Cause its the team you can trust) Well ten days later my A/C was blowing hot. I called them up, and they said that they had used an old machine that sounds like it didn't work very well cause it happen to several other customers. They told us that we could bring back in the car to be hooked up to the new machine. So we took the car back, and they said it had a leak in the system and that it needed some parts, and estimated it would be around a 1000 dollars to fix it. So I felt like I was being rip off, cause my A/C only lasted for 10 days. I asked for a refund, cause they had told me in the first place that my A/C system had no leaks. The other guy at the service desk(Kory) he was very rude to me. So don't go to Big O Tire cause there are only going to rip you off.
