I wanted you to see the lack of professionalism and the way we were treated, so I have attached our correspondence. My letter to Logan Insulating:We feel that since we have contacted you multiple times by phone and email to attach the siding that was not reattached after you finished the installation of the blown-in insulation at our home, we will not be in touch with youanymore. We have given you ample time to finish the job that you started months ago. We have hired another company to complete the work and to also insulate the basement. We will not be recommending your company to anyone and have told those that recommended you to us about your poor customer service. Logan Insulating's reply:That's fine by us. You did not listen or understand the real problem. We came back multi times and reattached/fixed the siding at our cost, even in areas we did not even remove. We repeatedly told you/husband that who ever installed your siding used very short nails and did not hit any studs(we documented it and took pictures). So who ever you hired now to insulate, will have the same problem with your siding. I hope you call and cry to them repeatedly when the siding keeps coming back off every time the wind blows, then realize we were telling the truth. Your call backs should be directed to the siding guy, make him fix his job and not blame us. Sincerely, LIS--------------------------------------------Logan Insulating did not reattach our siding in 3 places, broke two pieces of siding, put one broken piece back up on our house, overlapped a piece of siding the wrong way. They came once and switched the broken one out, reattached one piece, and switched the piece that was overlapped wrong but didn't reattach it. They didn't reattach the last piece. They also did not reattach pieces they didn't remove as I told them not to as I would get someone else to do it. When I contacted them, they said they wanted me to be happy and the service was guaranteed for a year and they would be out in a couple of weeks. I have emailed and called with no response and excuses. I would not use this company again. I have since investigated complaints against this company, and they always blame the customer.
