Formed in 2003, Mosaic is a faith-based organization serving people with intellectual disabilities. Located in Iowa, it provides supports to more than 3,500 people in 41 agencies spread across 14 states. The organization's wide ranges of services are available in the categories of case management, children's services, day services, host homes/foster care, senior supported living and affordable/accessible housing, among others. Mosaic has memberships with Lutheran Services in America and the American Network of Community Options and Resources (ANCOR).
