Lodi Canning Company, a vegetable canner, is located in Lodi, Wisconsin. We can fresh peas ( mid-June through July ) and cream style sweet corn ( August & September ) for the food service industry. Lodi Canning Company is a family-owned business into the third generation of the Goeres family and is the only single-plant, privately owned cannery remaining in Wisconsin.using good environmental practices, such as sustainable agriculture, industry accepted waste water disposal, and recycling ( metal, cardboard, paper, light bulbs, etc. )
