Got an early (5 am) start home from the Dells today but had a scary run-in @ 65 mph with a tire in the road, wheel and all, just north of Lodi, WI. We made it safely onto the shoulder after impact and waited for police, who then contacted Bill's Towing. Along came Russell with his tow truck, hours before his start time, to assist us. We went to Bill's where Russell called shops for a replacement tire, which another employee picked up on his way in to work-again, way before his start time. From there, the car was made safe for us to return the 200 miles or so home, including adjusting front suspension. AND our 3-hour wait In their modern waiting room was very comfortable. Bill's Towing saved the day for us. Thanks, guys!
It's very stressful to be broke down. The tow truck came quickly and picked us up. Car was in the shop and fixed quickly and reasonably! Staff was very helpful, making a stressful situation much less stressful! Thank you for the great service!!
Was on my way fishing when our truck broke down on the interstate. Jason quickly came to tow me and my boat off the highway, took me to the local convenience store, then to the local motel. Couldn't have been nicer. Informed us they'd look at the truck first thing in the morning. Before 10am, I got a call informing me of the repairs needed, and I was on my way before noon. This is a classy outfit. Extremely honest and upfront with their work. I'm so glad their number popped up first on my mobile internet search. They made a potentially disastrous situation smooth. Thank you.

Worst company to work. Treat employees very bad. Service manager is a complete A hole
Gave me an estimate before my repairs. I have been coming for years and want others to know. They have always fixed my family's cars. I have a son driving now. The lobby is beautiful, snacks and drinks are there. I usually use their free pick up and delivery. I have not had a problem with the repairs after the fact. I also get a discount if I refer a friend. Awesome people. Thanks so much, I'm glad I can trust someone!

I locked my keys in the car so I called Triple A and they requested Bills towing. Bill came out and was super friendly and got my car unlocked right away!

Nice shop! I am a mechanic too, honest repair and price. My shop would have charged the same. The tow truck was there in 10 minutes. I am a local and will call them for all my towing needs. (I can do the repairs myself though.) Thank you for the movie for my kids.
