I am absolutely disgusted by the way I was treated at this tire place. I have aftermarket rims on my car that require a special key to get the lug nuts off(and I've had 3 different places take the lug nuts off with no problem and Cheepys has a couple years ago). So when I got a flat tire I went to Cheepys because two days earlier I had a tire put on, now mind you the lug nut key is a very thin material that you can't use a torque wrench, so we told them the first tire was fine no problems. Two days later I go with another flat and same guy so we figured he would remember we even reminded him. Well not even 5 mins later he tells us to move out car because the key broke, and no where carries this key I have to special order it. So out of a car for a week i finally get the key shipped I go to Cheepys to let them know and right off the bat I can't believe how rude the owners son was saying he is not responsible for the key braking and it was already broke and I explained to him that it was not broke and you can't use a torque wrench with the key(come to find out the directions sent with the key say to NEVER use a power tool). When my key finally comes in my fianc and his friend go to talk to the owner who I rember from years ago, instead they get the owners son. Now mind you my fianc and his friend were really polite when explaining that they feel I should be given a free tire for the inconvenience, mind you 2 years ago I would have given Cheepys 5 stars. I would have had no problem paying for the tire, I wouldn't have agreed but I can't do anything I need a tire. Instead the man becomes violent and yelling at them then other workers start almost jumping them. So they went to go get the police just to get my car off the property. Well when they came back the police got held up and they had informed my fianc they had called a tow truck to remove my car from the property. So I'm stuck with a car with a doughnut tire. I never write reviews but I can not believe how I was treated the day before this whole ordeal and when my fianc went. I'm absolutely disgusted how they treated us and handled the situation. 2 years ago I would have given them a 5 star, I'm not sure if the owner passed the business down or it switched owners but I would advice everyone to never go and get a tire from them. They are far from beinging professionals or even know how to do their job. Again I would not recommend anyone to give this place business they have no regard for others car or even give me a break on a tire due to their neglected to do their job right! This is the worse customer service and saddest place to call a business I've ever seen! If you even consider going here I would think really hard because I was out of a car for almost two weeks and barley got to work because the employees at Cheepys don't know how to do their job and have no care for customers. If I could it would be a -10 stars this place disgusted me, rudest employees and the "owner" try's to fight his customers. Think before you go to Cheepys spend the extra money I gas and go somewhere else!
