They worked with my budget. The furniture is supper sturdy. This place is a store that gives you options and varietie for actual furniture that is sturdy. I love it and would go again

The crew working there was all polite and very knowledgeable of where to find what we were looking for. They said all they need is a picture, and they were dead on!
I was promised delivery within 7-10 business and received it within JUST 4 DAYS of placing my order. They gave me a choice to choose the delivery time and delivered within the time frame.
Like I said, I expected not too good service because of the reviews, but was surprised at how great it was.
Will definitely be back.

I was nervous about ordering furniture online without seeing it before hand. When the furniture delivered it matched our basement décor perfectly. Happy with my new sectional!

This store has the worst customer service possible. They did not deliver product until after several weeks of full payment, made excuse that the delivery location is too far. After finally receiving the furniture, one of them had a manufactures defect. I contacted them telling them what the issue is (providing detailed pictures and explanation of the defect), their response was "if you know what the problem is, fix it" rather than contacting the manufacturer to address the issue. I would advise everyone to stay away from this retailer, they will be rude to their customers even after you spent alot of $$$ giving them business.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Traveled here from NYC for an advertised price and had to return another day with the money. Came back and they raised the price $200!!!! Now that I was ready to buy they want to hassle me? Worst customer service I have ever received. Dealt with guy named Mazin. STAY AWAY!!!!! These people are scammers!!!!!!!!! Will lie to you just to get you there!!!!

Bought a recliner and they were so good to me, I had to come again when we needed a futon. I didn't even shop around. Ended buying a fancy sofa bed instead and I'm so happy to be a regular customer here. They treat me better than family. The new Managment here has really brought the store to new levels. They'll be seeing me again for sure.

Phenomenal service saw an ad on craigslist made my purchase over the phone for a dining room with hutch and buffet....I was expecting curb side delivery but everything was brought into my house and setup properly I had no problems at all....they took all the garbage out....I will definitely recommend more people to you guys....Nicole was the salesperson who assisted me she was wonderful

I would have never guessed that I would be this happy with a local store. But I bought new, great delivery. They even took out my old furniture for free. Thank you guys even tho the delivery timing was off by 20 min. No biggie
