Darius Perdek is a total scammer!!!
Took my deposit for a railing in October 2017. It is now 4/2018 and still no railing!
I tried to get in touch with him numerous times over the past 6 months with no response.

Stay away from this low class company and Darius at COD Industries. I had the same experience as the previous reviewer. I paid him a down payment of $400.00 for interior railings for my stairway. He told us he would have it done in 6 weeks...As the time past we called him and he scheduled appointments 5 times and no showed everytime!!! Then he stopped returning phone calls and I called his office and his secretary said that he would send us our down payment back....That was 2 1/2 weeks ago and still no check!



I will also be filing a small claims lawsuit against him!

Darius did the railing on my house porch once and did a good job. I hired him again to do the awning. I paid him $2000 deposit to purchase material. After that he delayed the job for two months, then said that he is too busy to do it and promised to return deposit. I am still waiting. He avoids phone calls. After 6 months, I filed the small claim law suit to get my money back. STAY AWAY!!!
