Excellent service, knowledgable staff and fair pricing

we lost our air conditioning last week when it was humid, my husband is in poor health so I called them immediately. they had a technician out in less than an hour. every year they service our furnace and air conditioner, very trustworthy company.

This is a mom&pop (&son) operation that is extremely difficult to work with. Mom and son pass off dad as an "expert" because he works at Irr Supply. Mom is the office manager and junior is the technician. The son did not know what he was doing on my job, but the mother wouldn't listen to my concerns. She was very combative on the phone and would not answer my questions about her poorly constructed invoices. Instead she insisted I pay immediately or be taken to court. I would definitely steer clear of this company. They're good at giving you grief, but not so good at results or customer service. I want to give them 0 stars, but I have to give them at least 1 star in order to post this review.

Received my *first* bill from them today only to find it stamped "Final Notice" with a little loose piece of paper telling me that a small claims court notice is to follow. Oh, and they tacked on what looks to me like a $50 fee. With such questionable billing practices I can not honestly recommend them to anybody. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. To add to all of it, they never fully fixed my AC unit, which is still non-functional and is probably going to need to be replaced. Lucky for me, I know not to even consider RGM.

They have done two projects for me, one in my home and one in my office. They were less expensive than any of the alternatives I investigated but the installation of a garage heater and replacement of an office heating and cooling system was carried out without any problems. It was done on time and the equipment functions as promised.

I have dealt With Steve & his wife the owners twice. NOT happy eitherTime! You ask why twice then?Actually it was the same month.I wanted central air installed and he came to install it. Also at the same timewe had a gas line installed, When I got hm. it was installed in the wrong place,I called right away and told his father was ill,he would get back to me however he did not even after several phone calls and lettersHe told me to vynal side around it!! The summer of2004 was cool and very rainy so did not use it much and we never had even one 90* daythat year however this past summer was opressive and my air did not work effiecently (IF it was 90* outside it was 85* inside)I put in several phone calls from May to June and he never fixed the problem ,he said you have a pool!(I had the pool before I paid him to install central air! Then he said air only cools about 10* lower than out side temps) He was not willing to fix the situation.HE said Take me to court! I rate a company by intig
