Intertech deserves less than one star. They charge you extra fees for a new install that would otherwise would be free if you go directly through Dish. Same installers either way. Also Intertech is a very bad place to work for according to the technicians that I have had at my house.

I have had Intertech / Dish network for almost 5 years now and could not be more happier with the system. I switched due to high bills and poor customer service with Time Warner Cable and I'am so glad I did. Not only can I go into the local showroom with any questions or concerns but I can also pay my bill there if I forget to mail it so it won't be late. Also I like the fact that if for any reason if i need a service call I can call them to move it after i have already spoken to Dish Network, last winter i needed to due this a few times due to my dish being taken down by ice and I had them out the very same day your next day. I like supporting a local company who also supports my community by hiring locals people. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to lower their monthly bills and would like to have local help anytime you need it. They must be doing something right i believe they have been around for 25 + years.

I found Intertech Digital Entertainment staff to be very knowledgable and professional. Any problems or concerns are handled with a courteous and caring attitude. The equipment and technicians are top notch and I would, and do, recommend them to friends and family. If you're looking for almost anything in entertainment equipment, this is , definitely the place to go.

Intertech Digital is a spectacular company. Their Installers for Dish Network Satellite tv are some of the best in the industry. My installer Tim Fletcher arrived on time, installed the dish in no time at all, was very nice, took the time to answer all my questions, and a big thing for me he didn't leave a mess. Another great thing about Intertech is their showroom where you can go and talk directly with a Dish Network sales rep instead of over the phone. Jim Crean sold me my system and programming package and let me tell you he was a rock star and had me sold in not time at all. He went over all my options and didn't try to bs me. i highly recommend you see him. Their showroom also has a great selection of the newest lcd, led, and plasma tvs. i even got to test out one of the new 3D tvs which was awesome and theih Home Theater Installer Jimmy G installed my tvs on my walls and they look great. He installed an incredible sounds system. I almost forgot you can pay your Dish bill there.

I have had intertech for over 7 years now and I love my service. Not only is my bill lower then any cable bill I have ever had but the customer service is amazing. Going with a local retailer allows us to have a quick response time to any of our needs. I would tell anyone to switch to intertech digital
