e rented a bobcat for a day. However couple days later, we got a bill for 'repairing the tires'. (to the amount that almost equaled the rental price). So when we first got the bobcat, the tire needed to be blown up, and had bunch of plugs. with bent rims. When we called the company to discussed this charge, first the phone call 'accidently got dropped'. When we called back they wouldn't pick up the phone right away. Then when we finally got through, they told us that someone will call us back tomorrow. Nobody called us back, so when we called them back, the manager was out of town, which apparently they did not know about it day before....... And they never called us back. Now we will be filing a complaint with BBB.. It's not the money itself, but total lack of costumer services! This is not a way to run a business. If I could give zero stars I would. I never had such a horrible experience with any business...
