Walsh School is a learning center that is located in Lockport, Ill. It enrolls students in kindergarten and grade one. The school offers general academic, reading improvement and early childhood education programs. It also provides the English Language Learners program and conducts special education classes for students with special needs. The school offers instruction in art, music and physical education. Walsh School operates a parent-faculty association that supports various educational and social programs. The school organizes a range of events, such as spirit days, dinner dances and movie nights. Its staff includes a reading support aide, psychologist, occupational therapist, and speech and language pathologists.
