• Ultrasound Therapy
  Ultrasound is a tissue heating modality which increases healing by collagen formation and scar tissue reduction. We choose our protocols based upon each patient’s specific condition and overall needs in order to restore function. Ultrasound therapy can reduce pain and increase range of motion in the joints. It is typically used before active rehabilitation exercises.
• Electrical Muscle Stimulation
  Our office uses state-of-the-art technology for electrical muscle stimulation by using the Intensity EX4 units. A highly effective waveform of electrotherapy called High Volt is often used at Wise Chiropractic as a technique to help reduce muscle stiffness, spasm, swelling and edema. It helps with pain management and restoring range of motion in the joints, muscles, and ligaments. Also, our offices uses this form of physiotherapy to help restore function to our patients so they can get back to a healthy, pain free lifestyle.
