i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI would of given no stars if possible! I went to this Belle Tire because of a tear on the side wall of a tire. I have a old small car with lots of miles so I was hoping to get a cheap replacement tire as well as another tire for the other front side. I explained more then once to the guy who "helped me" Marcel. (who is also the Assistant manager). He began by giving me 0 options for tires and instead just rang me up on his own for $675. I asked why it was so expensive and he began to explain how its one of the best all season tires for my car and how I need them. I again told him I just need a cheap replacement for right now since money was tight and the car was old. He again showed me 0 options and rang me up this time for $400. At this point I said what do you have for $100 a tire. He reluctantly rang me up, still not showing or telling me what I was getting. Only after I paid I saw the bill, the tires were $72 each and he charged

I would not even give them a star. I purchased 4 tires and one of them was bad. After replacing that tire- I noted the tire would deflate in about a week. They put air in my tire a few times. I went this morning to get air put in the- 2nd bad tire they gave me. I was outyside the bay and I was completely ignored from inside, I went inside and asked if they could put air ijn one of my tires- I had a mandatory work meeting and was in a rush. The man behind the desk said- what do you want me to do lady, tell this man to wait- why don't you tell him- in a shouted voice across the room. I was so livid I could barely see. I received a defective product two times. I was declined air in my tire so I could get to work. I had to drive another mile with a flat tire to a service station where I was taken care of. I was treated rudely. There are many ways to handle customers. I could not believe how rude he was to me in a public forum. The service was rude and poor.
