- We design and build fine homes on waterfront lots AS well AS OFF water. OUR firm has over 600 lots in the lake Livingston area available for purchase individually or with a completed home on them. We generally have between 5-10 active homes under construction available for purchase AS well AS numerous custom homes. We are the developers of cedar point and other subdivision and work throughout the county on commissioned design build projects. We have associated offices in cape COD. POCONOS. West palm beach. Charlotte NC. Seaside FL. And Orlando. Florida. We build around the lake Livingston area and have waterfront lots AS well AS OFF water lots available. Lakeside living is OUR specialty.

- Cedar Point is located on Lake Livingston just an hour north of Houston, Texas. its easy to find us traveling north on Hwy 59 you would exit on hwy 190 in the town of Livingston, then turn left and go 9.2 miles and Cedar Point will be on your left.
