For Dr. Zev Segal, your smile is more than a mouthful of nice looking and healthy teeth. It is a work of art. That is why his practice in Florham Park, NJ is called The Art of Smile. Dr. Segal adds a touch of artistry to everything he does, including providing quality cosmetic and restorative dentistry to the people of New Jersey. Dr. Segal studied both dentistry and art in Jerusalem. In 1980, he earned his degree in Dental Medicine from the Hadassah School of Dental Medicine at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. While practicing dentistry in Jerusalem, he went on to study art photography at Bezalel Art Academy. This unique combination of dental medicine and art training makes Dr. Segal especially qualified to provide smiles to the people of Florham Park, NJ. Not only does he understand the health and science of dentistry, but he also understands the aesthetics of a smile in a way most other dentists do not. Dr. Segal believes there is no universally perfect smile. He knows that because everyone’s face is different – the shape, the skin tone, eye color, hair color, and so on – everyone’s ideal smile is different, too. Your smile should compliment and accentuate your other features, and this means different things for different people. But Dr. Segal’s training, as well as his passion for the beauty of a smile, allows him to find that complimentary smile for his patients, so that they are happy with the way they look. After graduating with honors from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1994, Dr. Segal began his dental practice in New Jersey. However, he has never stopped learning. Dr. Segal continues to take post-graduate education courses to widen his knowledge base and to ensure that he is using the most up-to-date and effective dental techniques, so that you will receive high-quality oral health care from a trained expert in his field.
